UA Local 342 is made up Plumbers, Steamfitters, Welders, Pipeline and HVAC/R Service Technicians.  There is a few ways to become a member of our union. 

If you have limited or no experience in the industry one path to a career is through our apprenticeship Program.  If you're looking to become a construction helper then you fill out the construction helper questionnaire.

If you have at least 5 years of Plumber, Pipefitter, Pipeline, Welder, or HVAC/R experience then you may qualify to join our ranks as a provisional journeyman.  Please fill out our questionnaire and we will contact you to discuss your experience and qualifications.
